Trusense was a strategic technology partner of the Metro Properties company (a subsidiary of Metro AG). During our year-long collaboration, we realised a number of augmented reality (AR) applications for customers of the M1 shopping malls. The games, aimed at children, were intended to encourage families to spend more time in the centres and return more often. Tens of thousands of users downloaded the application within a few weeks. The company’s annual marketing strategy was based entirely on augmented reality technology and this was the first such case of using this technology on the Polish market.
