“Nowy Ożarów” was one of the first real estate projects we developed using VR solutions. The main value of the investment was the intimate atmosphere of the place separated from the hustle and bustle of the city, with great access to nearby parks. The VR adaptation of the development consists of an internal common area of the estate accessible to all tenants. We decided to enrich the project with a special feature of changing the time of day. This allowed customers to not only observe the investment under different lighting conditions, but also to check whether their bedroom would be adequately exposed to the sun.
